Cancellation policy
14 days before check-in
We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days (or more) before your check-in date.
2 – 13 days before check-in
We offer a 80% refund for cancellations made 2 – 13 days before your check-in date.
Up to 48 hours before check-in
We offer a 60% refund for cancellations made 24 – 48 hours before your check-in date.
24 hours or less
There is 40% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your check-in date.
Occupancy
The guest suite is provided on the basis of accommodating a maximum of 2 adults.
Quiet hours
Guests are expected to adhere to our quiet hours (23:00 – 07:00).
Events
Events, functions and parties are not allowed at Harepath End.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at Harepath End.
Commercial photography
Commercial photography is not permitted.
Smoking and vaping
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Cleaning
The price of your booking includes cleaning of the suite at the end of your stay. We do not offer a daily cleaning or bed turn-down service. Complimentary light cleaning products are available to guests for the duration of their stay.
Toilet
Harepath End is not connected to the sewage mains and instead operates a BioAir wastewater treatment plant. Please do not flush bleach, chemicals or sanitary items down the toilet. A separate sanitary bin and bags are available for hygienic disposal.
Parking
Parking is made available for one vehicle only (car or small van).
Security
Thankfully, we live in a low-crime area. We would however ask guests not to bring unnecessary valuable items. We also ask guests to keep doors and windows locked when unoccupied and when checking out. We advise guests to ensure they have their own insurance cover.
Fire safety and prevention
We ask guests to take reasonable precautions to help prevent the outbreak of a fire. Please switch off and unplug any appliances or electronics when not in use. A smoke alarm and fire extinguisher is provided (this can be used on any type of fire).
Privacy policy
Bookings are subject to our privacy policy (don’t worry, we do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for sales or marketing purposes).
